Just as you might expect from a small town, a lot of folks in Durango
have to order stuff online due to the lack of large department stores.

In the mountains
you’ve got your hunters and hikers, skiers and boarders, and most all of

We all like fishing and the
great outdoors, Bass Pro Shops
and Cabela's has it all.
One places that I like to shop a lot is the
Sportsman's Guide and the
Sports Authority, really
great deals. If you are planning a trip within 300 miles of the
Four Corners and plan on
FISHING OR HUNTING
trip with camera, rod or firearm, you have got to contact
Brian Myers to book the adventure of a lifetime. If you want
hunting in the San Juan Mountains or Fishing at Lake Powell, Southwest
Outdoors and
Southwest Bass are
where your greatest memories of any Colorado wildlife sporting adventure
begin.
Weekends just aren't complete without watching
racers make left turns all day. One of
Nascar's up and
coming stars (they don't know it yet) is going to be Colten Nichols.
He is tearing up the competition in Quad Racing, beating out seasoned
riders, and he is only 13 YEARS OLD!!! Someday you may be able to follow his path to
the Nascar
Truck Series and see his awesome Quad Racer here in the near future.
When you are in Durango for a visit you
need to stay at the
Best Western
Rio Grande Inn. It is downtown next to the
Narrow Gauge
Train Station, and walking distance to some great
sushi.
